How does it work?
Submit your worst icicle photo between now and March 30th, 2015.

Who can submit a photo?
The contest is open to all residents of the following counties:  Albany, Saratoga, Schenectady, Rensselaer, Fulton, Montgomery, Schoharie, and Warren.

Each entrant can submit one photo during the submission phase of the contest.

Are there prizes?
Yes, there will be prizes for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd worst icicles.  Check back on March 31st, when we will announce the winners!
